We’ll refer to Streetwise Intellect Productions and all of its subsidiaries and affiliated companies collectively as "S.I.P.", "we", "our", "us", etc. S.I.P. is a Music production company making Music and merchandise deliverable straight to the Listeners. With a few exceptions of "respectable but laborious" services we outsource for, We're taking more pride in providing Our materials, first hand. We dropship our physical merchandise ("Products") directly to you. Our digital merchandise ("Material") is delivered instantly, upon completing checkout.
The Services are offered subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms and conditions contained herein. We also have other policies and procedures including, without limitation, Subscription, Return and Privacy Policies. Those policies contain additional terms and conditions, which apply to the Products and Materials and are part of this Agreement. YOUR USE OF THE SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF AND AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. REGARDLESS IF YOU ARE A USER OR MEMBER, SECTION 18 OF THIS AGREEMENT REQUIRES THAT ALL DISPUTES (AS DEFINED BELOW) ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT BE RESOLVED BY ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, RATHER THAN BY JURY TRIAL OR CLASS ACTIONS, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY SECTION 18. IF YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE IS IN THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA THIS APPLIES TO ANY ACTION YOU MAY WANT TO BRING AGAINST S.I.P. IN THE UNITED STATES.

Thanks to the help of STRIPE, we accept payments through: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, ACH Credit Transfer, Alipay, American Express Checkout, Apple Pay, Bancontact, EPS, Giropay, iDEAL, Multibanco, (P24) Przelewy24, SOFORT, Visa Checkout and WeChat Pay.

* Return Policy:
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks (14 Days) after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 1.5 weeks (10 Days) after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, Contact Us immediately.
Unclaimed returns of "undeliverable" packages get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
- Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
You hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment will be available for reshipping only for a limited timeframe. After which, the order will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
S.I.P. does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
- Returned by Customer - It is both, advised and procedure, for You to contact us before returning anything. We need to be made aware of the errors and approve the return. We do not refund orders for Buyer’s remorse, Returns for different versions of the products, items like face masks, as well as size exchanges. We will NOT honor these types of return requests.
- Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore S.I.P. reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
* Subscription Terms of Service:
The following terms and conditions constitute a legally binding contract (the “Agreement”) that governs the S.I.P. Subscription Services (“Subscription Services”) provided by Streetwise Intellect Productions (“S.I.P.”, “we”, “our”) to you (“you” or “yours”).
If you use our Subscription Services, you are considered a "Member/User".
* Using the Subscription Services:
The Subscription Service and any feature, software or content that is made available through the Subscription Service (the “Content”) are the property of S.I.P., S.I.P.'s licensors or third parties. We grant you limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to make use of the Subscription Service, and limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to make personal use of the features, software and Content (collectively, “Access”). This Access shall remain in effect until and unless your Paid subscription terms ends and/or Access is terminated by you or S.I.P..
Upon termination of this Agreement any copyrights vested in the Content shall remain with S.I.P., S.I.P.'s licensors or third parties. When the Access has been terminated, all licenses and permissions granted hereunder shall automatically terminate and you shall immediately cease your use of the Content, including but not limited to the use of the Content on any products we download, print and dropship for you and/or on your behalf. It is your responsibility to ensure that such unauthorized use of the Content will not happen. S.i.p. also reserves the right at our sole discretion to (a) request you to immediately remove any such misused Content, (b) limit, suspend or terminate your account, (c) take technical and legal steps to keep you off the Site; and (d) charge you for any damages and losses arising out of such unauthorized use.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure so that no third parties apart from you have access, use and utilize the Subscription Services. You must notify S.I.P. immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You also agree (a) not to violate any laws in connection with your use of the Subscription Services; (b) not to interfere with or try to disrupt our Subscription Services, for example by distributing a virus or other harmful computer code into our platforms, third party services, or other programs or systems our clients may use to promote their products; and (c) copy, sell, lease or otherwise provide access to Subscription Services to any third party.
* Paid Subscription term and payments:
Your Access and Paid Subscription begins as soon as your initial payment for Subscription Services is processed. S.I.P. may, at its sole discretion, offer you a free trial period 14 days to try out and have full Access to the Subscription Services, after which a recurring payment will start, according to the chosen Subscription Services preferences (either a monthly or a yearly charge). The free trial period can be activated only once for each S.I.P. account.
Your Paid Subscription will automatically renew each month or year, depending on the term you have chosen, without notice until you cancel. You authorize us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every month or year until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the then-current rate for your Paid Subscription, plus applicable taxes (such as but not limited to sales taxes, VAT or GST if the Paid Subscription fee does not include it), every month or year upon renewal until you cancel.
We may change the Paid Subscription’s rate each monthly or yearly renewal term, and we will notify you of any rate change with the option to cancel. Subject to applicable law, you accept the new price by continuing to use the Subscription Services after the price change takes effect. If during the term of your Paid Subscription the applicable sales tax, VAT, GST rate or any other tax or duty changes, we will adjust the tax-inclusive price for the Paid Subscription accordingly on your next billing date.
You may cancel your Paid Subscription at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellation, and you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused time of Subscription Services according to the chosen preferences (either a monthly or a yearly Paid Subscription).
If you are a User residing in the European Economic Area or Switzerland and you didn't use free trial period to try out the Subscription Services, you may cancel your Paid Subscription within 14 days of your initial order by contacting our Customer Support, in which case you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days and/or when the free trial period has ended, your payment is non-refundable, and the Subscription Services will continue until the end of the term you have chosen for your Paid Subscription.
